Higuerota as the Ideal again, in relation to "Caesarism," but the darkening
sky hints at the cynicism of this outlook. Indeed, in a larger sense the Caesarist
philosophy -- the notion that the people want to be ruled, and are happier in
that condition than they would be ungoverned -- is the foundation of any State,
or even any ideal.
